Our policy is 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

For our clothes, due to the current situation in the world, unfortunately, it will not be possible to return your item if there are any size concerns. Please refer to the very precise size guide we have created for our products.

The reasons for acceptable returns/replacements on our store are the following:

You received a different size than the one you ordered.

Example: You ordered a size S, but received a size XL.

You received an item that was clearly damaged (in which case, you must send us a photo showing the problem)
Your package was returned (for many reasons: wrong address, missing, etc.). In this case, once we receive the item, we will send you a replacement with a new tracking number.

Outside of these reasons, we, unfortunately, cannot make returns or replacements.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturing warehouse.

In some situations, only a partial refund will be issued: (if applicable)

* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has defects that are not our fault.

Refunds:

Once we have received and examined the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will also inform you of our decision to accept or reject your request.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and within a few days, your credit card or original payment method will be automatically credited.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account or wait a bit.

Then contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially mailed.

If you still have not received your refund after following these three steps, please contact us at info@veroniquestyle.com to let us know.

Discounted Items:

Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges:

We will only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. In this case, if you wish to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@veroniquestyle.com and send your item to the following address Rue Alphonse Renard, Ixelles, Brussels, 1050, Belgium.

Gifts:

If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item was not identified as a gift at the time of purchase or if the donor preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will send a refund and they will know you returned the item.

Shipping and Returns:

To return an item, you must mail it to the following address: Rue Alphonse Renard, Ixelles, Brussels, 1050, Belgium.

You are responsible for the shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time to receive your exchanged product may vary slightly.

If you are shipping an item valued over $75, you should consider using a shipping service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase shipping insurance.

However, we cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you are returning.
