DELIVERY METHOD

The processing and delivery times indicated to the Customer are in working days. Shipping times correspond to the average order processing time.


The Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Customer at the time of the order and the Customer must take all necessary measures to ensure the smooth running of the delivery.


The Company declines all responsibility in the event of late delivery or loss of the Products if the Customer has indicated an incomplete or incorrect address or if the Customer does not collect the Products within the period provided for this purpose.


In the event of an abnormally long delivery time, the Customer may contact customer service by email at info@veroniquestyle.com so that an investigation can be opened with the carrier.


Upon receipt of the order, the Customer must check the condition of the package, its packaging, and its contents, in the presence of the agent of the transport company.


In the event of damaged products, the Customer undertakes to notify the carrier and the Company upon delivery, specifying the order number.


TERMS OF DELIVERY

The site reserves the right to refuse to make a delivery from a customer who is not up to date with his obligations towards the seller.


If the customer is not at home at the time of delivery, a transit advice note is left in his mailbox with the contact details of the carrier so that he can contact him and make an appointment. Delivery is considered to have been made on the date of receipt of the order at the address indicated on the order form.


For reasons of availability, an order may be delivered in several installments to the customer.


In this case, the customer will only pay for one delivery. If the customer wishes to benefit from two deliveries, he will have to place two separate orders with separate delivery costs.


DELIVERY TIME

The delivery time is between 5 and 10 working days. A tracking number will be sent between 24 and 48 hours directly by email once the order has been validated.


TRANSPORTATION

The delivery of the products is entrusted to carriers selected by the seller, in the geographical areas covered by the site. The delivery is made by the direct delivery of the product to the announced recipient, or, in the event of absence, to another person expressly authorized by the customer.


Upon delivery, the customer is invited to ensure that the products have not been damaged during transport. If the customer finds an apparent anomaly, he can either accept or refuse the products. In both cases, he can report the said apparent anomalies on the carrier's delivery slip or by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the carrier within three working days, and send a copy to the seller ("address"). In the event of delivery by postal services, the same precautions apply.


If an anomaly is found, the customer is advised to complete an anomaly report. If the products have been accepted, the customer can contact our services to organize the return of the product according to the formalism described in the article "Right of withdrawal".


It is advisable to attach to the returned products copies of the delivery note if it has been annotated, the letter addressed to the carrier, and/or the anomaly report. If the products are refused, the customer must ask the carrier to return the products to the seller. It is therefore advisable to send the seller by recorded delivery a copy of the annotated delivery note, the letter addressed to the carrier, and/or the statement of an anomaly to facilitate the processing of the file.
